Information You Provide

When you contact us, fill out forms, or engage our services, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share about your project or enquiry.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device identifiers.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other analytics or advertising tools we use to understand how our website is used.

How We Use Your Information

To Deliver Our Services

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide proposals, deliver contracted services, communicate project updates, and manage our business relationship with you.

To Improve Our Website

Analytics data helps us understand which pages are most useful, where visitors drop off, and how we can make our website more effective for prospective clients.

To Send Communications

With your consent, we may send you newsletters, service updates, or marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

To Comply with Legal Obligations

We may process your data to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights and the rights of others.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We Never Sell Your Data

Neon Arc Labs does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes. Period.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business — including cloud hosting providers (AWS, Vercel), CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics services. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

What Are Cookies

Definition

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or login status, making your next visit easier and the site more useful to you.

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take such as setting your privacy preferences or filling in forms. Without these cookies, services you have asked for cannot be provided.

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. These cookies collect information about pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. This data is aggregated and anonymised — it does not identify individual users.

Marketing Cookies

We may use Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These cookies track your activity across other websites.

Preference Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences — such as your dark/light mode selection — so you don't have to set them again on your next visit.

Managing Cookies

Browser Settings

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete them after they have been set. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

Opt-Out Links

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.
